Shamanism or Shamanic Practice is, in its essence, about Connection to the Spirits
This includes Connnection to ourselves and connection to everything around us
When we can live from a place of Connection we are connected to not only our own
Power but the Power of the Universe
We can enjoy living a Power-filled existence
We can Be, act, and make decisions from a place of self-Love and self-Power

One simple way to connect to the Spirits is through Journeying.
We can Journey with the Drums to meet with our Spirit Helpers to ask them for guidance, healing and support. We dont need to earn the help of the Spirits. They are there waiting to connect with us! Guidelines on Journeying are available for those that have completed our Introduction to Shamanic Practice workshop - please contact us for the link if this is you. If you dont have experience of Journeying to the Drum we recommend that you attend an introductory workshop.
