Delivery
We aim to ship within 48hrs within the island of Ireland subject to product availability. All orders are tracked. Please provide your Postcode/Eircode number to facilitate successful delivery. Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for undelivered goods due to an incorrect delivery address being submitted with order.

Prices
The price of products are as shown on our website at the time of order. However we reserve the right to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of tax. Should you prefer to pay by cheque your order will not be dispatched until your cheque has been deposited and cleared.

Availability
Whilst we try to keep our website as current as possible with regard to product availability it may well be that you order an item that is out of stock. Should this be the case then we shall inform you via email as soon as possible and either offer you a refund, suggest an alternative or advise of time-frame for delivery.

Returns
As per EU eCommerce Directive we are obliged to accept unopened goods returned within 14 days at your expense. However, due to the risk of product contamination we are only able to accept returned goods that have been unopened. This includes Essential oils that do not have tamper evident lids as it would be impossible to ascertain whether they had been opened or not. In the first instance please email us within 48hrs upon receipt of your order to notify of your intention to return unopened goods. Please include in your email your full name, the products you wish to return and your address. Returned goods must be returned within 5 working days of receipt of your order. We are not responsible for the carriage of your returned order. Upon the event of a refund the amount refunded will be the originally amount paid for your order less the outward carriage fee. We strongly advise that you use a tracked service to return any goods as we are unable to give refunds for goods not received.

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safe and secure. However, in the event of circumstances outside of our control we accept no liability for defective or damaged products. Should your order arrive damaged you must inform us via email within 48hrs as well as the courier company as stated on the Delivery Note. It is essential that you provide photographic evidence of any damage incurred during transit. Whilst we cannot take responsibility or liability for any for any damage of goods incurred during transit we shall assist in any way we can to obtain a resolution from the relevant courier company.
In the event of any leakage during transit we reserve the right to either refund or replace the item at our discretion. In the event of a mistakenly incomplete order we also reserve the right to either refund or replace the missing items.

In the event of a workshop being cancelled by us for any reason your place is transferred to the rescheduled date for the workshop. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date you must notify us of that fact within 7 days of being notified of the new date to receive a refund of the payment less the deposit. If you do not notify us within 7 days your payment is non-refundable although may be used as credit to purchase products within the shop whitethornherbals.com. If you are unable to attend for any reason unfortunately we are unable to facilitate a refund.
Lockdown due to Covid-19
Should the workshop be cancelled/rescheduled due to circumstances outside of our control such as a Lockdown, you have the option of either attending the following rescheduled workshop upon lifting of lockdown or using your payment as credit in our shop whitethornherbals.com
We reserve the right to refuse attendance to any persons we deem unsuitable to attend our workshops
