Roman Chamomile essential oil (Anthemis nobilis)

Roman Chamomile has an calming effect on the mind due to it's ability to reduce glutamate activity which is responsible for stimulating excitatory neurons. This oil may be part of a solution when seeking to tackle stereotypical behaviour.
Roman Chamomile can also be extremely effective when alleviating symptoms of some types of colic and when working with skin problems that are a result of gut issues.
