Equine Herbal Walk & Talk, Whitethorn Farm, Co Sligo (inc self-selection demo) Sun 7th July
Commence at 11am with introductions and tea and coffee, followed by a gentle walk with a view to identify and discuss the uses of 20+ herbs growing around Whitethorn Farm. A light lunch (included) will be served around 1.30pm. After lunch there will be a short talk on horse self-selection and the opportunity to watch a horse select herbs/plant extracts according to presenting symptoms.
The day will conclude around 5.30pm. Tickets must be purchased in advance!
Please bring appropriate wet gear in the event of rain/wind as well as comfortable sturdy waterproof footwear.
Bed and Breakfast is available for any that are coming a distance and should like to avail of accommodation.

- Workshop commences at 11am and conclude around – 5.30pm. Light lunch and refreshments are provided but we suggest you bring a packed lunch if you have specific dietary requirements. Please bring outdoor weather clothing and wear suitable protective footwear appropriate for working with horses.
