Equine First Aid Workshop - Sunday 16th May 9.30am - 6pm, Whitethorn Farm, co Sligo F56N500
This Equine First Aid workshop aims to equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to act as a First Responder in the event of an Equine crisis such as choke, colic, broken limbs, injuries etc. Topics also include basics such as vital signs vs abnormal signs, wounds and bandaging. Whitethorn Equine Health embraces an integrated approach and as such the workshop will include references to Zoopharmacognosy for use during an Equine crisis event. This workshop is facilitated by Whitethorn Equine Health's Veterinary Surgeon Annett Siggins. Please see 'Terms & Conditions' Below

PLEASE NOTE Attendees must wear appropriate protective riding hat and footwear in order to participate in interactive elements with horses.
Adults under 18yrs of age must have parental written consent.
Tickets can NOT be bought on the day and must be booked in advance.
